# Delivery of your SEO work

We ship no goods, so there's no delivery charge. Your work is delivered in your own accounts, on dates you can check.

## Delivered in your own accounts

Each change goes onto your own Business Profile, site or store, which stay in your name. You see it with before, after and a link to see it live. A step only you can take at a platform, such as verifying a profile, we prepare for you to take.

## The dates we promise

Your first look

Within the hour after we get access to your Business Profile or store.

Your first 3 fixes

Within 2 weekdays of that.

Each month's work

Listed within 2 weekdays of the month's start, each item with its due date.

Your hours

Live the same weekday if you ask by 3pm, otherwise the next weekday.

Other small edits

Within 2 weekdays.

When you leave

Our access removed within 2 weekdays, with the list sent to you.

A weekday is Monday to Friday in your business's time zone, public holidays included.

## When a date counts as met

A date is met when we put the change into your account. Time spent waiting for your OK, your input or your own step doesn't count against it, and we tell you when that clock pauses. Your calls, bookings, orders and rankings are reported against where you started, never promised.

## If we're late or get it wrong

Each date shows as on time or late. If we're late, we tell you on or before the due date, put the work first and finish within 2 weekdays of the original date. If a change we made is wrong, we undo it the same weekday if we see it by 3pm, otherwise the next weekday, and correct it within 2 weekdays, outside your monthly count. Work we fall short on in a month carries into the next.

Sections 2 and 3 of our [Terms of Service](/terms) hold our full terms on the work and its dates.
